Australian & Overseas Alloys Pty. Ltd. commenced operation in January 1988 and has enjoyed a rapid growth. The two major shareholders are both executive directors of the company. Being located at Unanderra in Wollongong, we are close to transport facilities. Australian & Overseas Alloys specialises in the manufacture of abrasion resisting materials for world markets with sales in over 25 countries.

Our major products include pre-deposited abrasion resisting plate, AOA MK1, AOA MK2 and AOA MK3 chromium carbide clad wear plate.

The company operates twenty four hours per day and uses the latest manufacturing technology, its management have in excess of 60 years experience in the welding and hardfacing industry. Our aim is to develop and market products that are cost effective to users by giving improved service life.

In November 2002 AOA moved to its premises at Unanderra as part of an expansion campaign that has allowed AOA to be most competitive in the world market as well as locally in Australia.
